Entre o Silêncio e a saudade, essa sessão transita com suas memórias e suspiros sobre quem se foi e quem somos a partir de quem não está. Também celebra quem está perto, mesmo que longe. Se buscam lugares, objetos e modos de viver e realizar filmes sobre aldeias particulares. Um trânsito de imagem que todavia habita nossos universos. (Rodrigo Sousa & Sousa)
Between Silence and nostalgia, this session moves with its memories and sighs about who has gone and who we are from those who are not here. It also celebrates those who are close, even if they are far away. We look for places, objects and ways of living and making films about particular villages. Sinopse: Uma visita à Floresta da Baviera, revolvendo-se no passado –
vovó Rita, o Bolex, Aspargos, o barril de pedra da chuva, vasos de vidro
e esculturas fundidas do vovô Bernhard – fundidas no “molde perdido”.
Synopsis: A visit in the Bavarian Forest, wallowing in the past – Grand-
mother Rita, the Bolex, Asparagus, the stone rain barrel, glass vases
and casted sculptures by Grandfather Bernhard – casted in the “lost
mould”.

Sinopse: Um documentário biográfico que explora o começo e o fim de uma linhagem familiar. O começo vem do ambiente urbano da ci- dade de São Paulo onde Lua cresceu, e o fim está na fazenda de seus avós no interior paulista. O filme reflete uma nostalgia de momentos perdidos na memória da cineasta depois que se foi embora do Brasil, e sua relação fragmentada e distante com estes espaços onde ela não pertence mais.
Synopsis: A biographical documentary that explores the beginning and end of a family lineage. The beginning comes from the urban environ- ment of the city of São Paulo where Lua grew up, and the end is on her grandparents’ farm in the interior of São Paulo. The film reflects a nos- talgia for moments lost in the filmmaker’s memory after she left Brazil, and her fragmented and distant relationship with these spaces where she no longer belongs.
